Not even close

I can solve a real rubiks cube consistently in under 4 min. This one is unworkable. It used to be great. In fact it was on an earlier version of this one i learned how. Came back to it some time later and they had completely changed how it works. First, you are always looking at the cube from the same vantage point. You can turn a side but not the cube itself. How do you solve the back side if you can never see it. Also, the middle layers rotate. They dont on a real cube. I have never solved a cube by rotating a middle layer. I always solve it by turning the top, bottom, left, right, back and front sides to solve first the bottom layer, then the middle, then the top. It is impossible to manipulate this cube in the way one would a real rubiks cube. PLEASE put it back the way it was.
